- The allowed period for exchange or return is one week. If this period is exceeded , a 15% deduction will be made from the total invoice amount within a maxiumum period of 20 days from the date of the sales invoice.
- The orignal sales invoice must be presented along with the spare parts to be exchanged or returned.
- Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and the customer is not entitled to request a refund of the deposit paid.
- The item to be exchanged or returned must be in a good condition, unused or uninstalled, and in its orginal packaging without any damage.
- If there is a defect in electrical spare parts within one day from the date of the invoice, they will be replaced
